Tea Pea is an aladdin’s cave of cool and colourful homewares and accessories. It’s one of those shops that you could easily spend 1/2 hour browsing through trying desperately to narrow down your favourites from ‘everything!!’ to something you can at least fit in your house.

Meg and Scott the husband and wife team behind the shop, source or design the products themselves. The collection is filled with items they’d love to have in their own family home and their care and pride really shows.

I like how Meg and Scott bring a personal touch to their shop. Online they share a couple of details about their lives and it’s this approachability and mateship that make them stand out from other shops. That, and the rocking products.

They’ve got a real life shop in Khandallah, Wellington and an online shop for the rest of us.

Omg never knew about this place – I feel an addiction coming on! Those rabbit candles are so awesome, and actually pretty affordable too (yes I’ve already been stalking the website -oops!)

Also just letting you know I nominated you for the “Very Inspiring Blogger Award” over on the blog. Just a cool little way to share the love amongst bloggers! oxo

It’s a cool place run by nice people so it’s a win win really! Hey thanks so much! That’s so cool – I’ve already checked out your interesting facts of course – I’m your number 5 & 6 twin. I didn’t know you had allergies either – we’re an allergy family so that’s something else we’ll be able to chat about at the next brunch!
